Who operates MABNI

MABNI is operated by Ali Badr Ali Salem, an individual based in Egypt. MABNI is not a registered company. Support: support@mabni.net. Privacy and data protection: privacy@mabni.net.

What we store

Account and profile details, professional profile information, projects you create, project files, verification documents, quotes, conversations and their attachments, milestones, and reviews.

Who can see it

• Private — visible only to you and, where required, the MABNI team: account details, verification documents, and draft projects.
• Visible to project participants — the project owner and the selected professional: project details and files, conversations, attachments, and milestones.
• Visible in the marketplace: published professional profiles, verification status, published reviews, and projects you publish for quotes.

Service providers

MABNI uses service providers to run the product, and they process data only to provide their service: our hosting, database, authentication, file storage and transactional email provider (Supabase, on the Lovable Cloud platform), and the AI provider used through the Lovable AI gateway when you choose to run the optional project analysis. If you sign in with Google or Apple, that provider processes your sign-in. We do not name vendors we cannot verify, and we do not share your information for advertising.

Keeping and removing data

Your information is kept while your account is active, and only for as long as a purpose actually requires it. MABNI does not claim a fixed retention period that has not been established. When a deletion is completed, the account and profile information that identifies you, and the user content covered by the deletion process, are deleted or redacted. Limited non-identifying or legally required records may be kept where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal or regulatory obligations, or record integrity. Some historical project and activity records may remain in an anonymised form that is no longer linked to you.

Deleting your account

Signed in, you can delete your account from Settings. If you cannot sign in, you can submit a request at https://mabni.net/delete-account and our team handles it after verifying ownership of the account. Where Sign in with Apple is configured and you used it to sign in, the Apple token is revoked as part of deletion.
