By creating a MABNI account you agree to these terms. MABNI is a marketplace that connects project owners with professionals.
Who operates MABNI
MABNI is operated by Ali Badr Ali Salem, an individual based in Egypt. MABNI is not a registered company. Support: support@mabni.net. Privacy and data protection: privacy@mabni.net.
Accounts
One account per person, with owner and professional roles available on the same account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must accept the current version of these terms before publishing content.
What MABNI does and does not do
MABNI does not handle payments, does not hold funds, is not a party to any agreement between an owner and a professional, and does not guarantee work quality, pricing or delivery. Verification confirms documents were reviewed; it is not a warranty.
Acceptable use
Do not post false, unlawful or offensive content, do not impersonate others, and do not attempt to access projects or conversations you are not part of.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report a profile, project, message or review, and you can block another user, which stops new contact without deleting existing history. Basic preventive checks block clearly prohibited text, and the MABNI team can unpublish a profile, redact a project or message, or remove review text. We review reports as soon as we reasonably can; we do not promise a fixed response time.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time, or request deletion at https://mabni.net/delete-account if you cannot sign in. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For questions about these terms, contact support@mabni.net.
